Hereby I am pleased to announce that VinQuettaParma, the new NeoQuenya and NeoSindarin wiktionary, is up and running.
The whole thing is very much a work in progress, so please keep that in mind. Only the framework is ready (and even that will need tweaking as we go along). The design of the site can also change in the future (if I find a DokuWiki theme that is more appealing, or I tweak the design myself).
For the moment I am the only one who can create user accounts (to prevent spambots from trying to register); so if you'd like to become an editor, please contact me in private.

I have also created our first entry to show you the format I had in mind. Thus, each entry would have the following sections:

{part of speech}: noun, verb, adjective etc., and the gloss of the entry
Tags: the syntactic and semantic categories the entry belongs to
Etymology: an explanation of how the neologism was formed
Attested Analogues: attested words that have a similar syntax or have been used as a model
Alternatives: attested words or other neologisms that are synonymous or are of interest
Creator: the person who created the neologism

Of course some sections may remain empty,  but at a minimum the part of speech, etymology, and tags sections should be complete.
