Got this in the mail yesterday. Turns out it's the essays "Guide to Adûnaic Grammar" and "Etymologies of the Atani Languages" from Lalaith's Middle-earth Science Pages in printed form — nothing more, nothing less. Appreciable notes to have readily available and not at the mercy of an internet connection.
