not that I know of although I recall ada is attested somewhere but might be ephemeral or non-Quenya. But I don't think I used an intervocalic d anywhere in my text?

that's not between two vowels, that's between a vowel and a semi-vowel:)
We have indyo, indyalme, indyel attested in Q.
 Granted, these are ndy clusters.
