Has anyone heard what happened to the recording of Prof. Tolkien reading a previously unknown Quenya poem in the Netherlands?

I don't know. I have been unable to find any news since the original article on HuffPost and the buzz around the backtranslation contest on lambengolmor. Alarmingly, the two websites that the HuffPost article mentions seem to be nonexistent and TolkienShop.com does not show any info on the subject. Perhaps someone in the community has more inside information.,,

Hello, I've found this info about René van Rossenberg: http://tolkiengateway.net/wiki/René_van_Rossenberg You might try to contact him.

The last update was in January, on the Tolkien Society's private FB group:

One member noted that "Yes, it is coming but it is still caught up in a legal battle. Look for it to surface in March. And [...] it is no longer associated with Legendarium. It is in private hands, but will be made public."

Joseph Bradford of Legendarium replied, saying "In regards to the question about the 'Lost Recording,' Legendarium has stopped pursuing releasing the item due to rights issues. I know we released a statement regarding the news, but I'm having trouble finding it at the moment. Once I do, I'll post it here."

Legendarium has changed their domain name, and the Middle-earth Network one is now up for sale.
