Sorry, I'm kinda new to the middle earth languages, but I'd like to be a linguist or have a foreign language degree and I was wondering how many languages Tolkien made. Thanks!

+Samuel McAtee​ define "made". If one means " invented at least a few words for that language and gave it a name" then the answer is much more: Quenya, Sindarin, Khuzdúl, Orkish, Westron, Valarin, Telerin, Goldogrin, Doriathrin, Ilkorin, Taliska, to name some
