Do we need a distinction?

I agree with Tamas. I think the -sta forms work fine as both nouns and adjectives. There is no distinction in English, so I don’t think Quenya needs one either. In fact, English has even fewer distinctions, since it uses the same words for fractions and ordinals (with the exception of “half” and “second”).
