Introducing my, doubtlessly, most ambitious Eldarin project ever! Over a month in the working! As a person who does not physically hear the length of syllables at all, such an attempt at 'proper' quantitative metre is somewhat of an extended mind game. Also a rendering/translation, from an immensely compact original - in a metre that was already complicated for Latin, and for Quenya, it seems, due to a totally different syllable structure and much limit in on- and offsets, barely achievable.

Linguistic and Prosodic Commentary
Line 1
nangwesta: derived as a cognate of S. dangweth < NDAN+WETH.
istave etc.: I replace re of QVS with ve, according to later texts, starting with CE:VS.
avanwa: I always keep the Plotz distinction between nominative and accusative. I assume ná to be a duplex nominative verb, as in Latin (though, after a discussion here, I assume ola to be followed by accusative - see Line 6!).
Line 2
Leukonoé: I mimic Latin with borrowing the Greek vocative as it is. (However, in the Greek word, nom.=voc.)
ánier: perf. pl. from anta.
Line 3
tauvare: gerund corresponding to future infinitive.
Line 4
_teldá hríve...: an extended accusativus cum infinitivo.
valdes: per PE21, with proper names it is proper to retain 3rd person inflections.
ILÚVATAR: not Manwe or Tulkas, for He is the only One who decides over life.
Line 5
silumes: a short locative (in a temporal sense).
falassion: governed by ondonnar.
Line 6
ansailá: per PE17 'Comparatives in Eldarin', this ns does not assimilate.
limpe: a vocative.
þenna ta lúmenen: instrumentalis causae, mimicking original et spatio brevi...
Line 7
wet... kárapat: separated for metric purposes.
au: an alternate variant of oa, oar adverb from the preliminaries for 'Quendi and Eldar', shown in PE17.
Line 8
tyé: an emphatic vocative.
éveo: genitivus partitivus.
saná: not a demonstrative, but from SAN.

My Latin is rudimentray so I will have to look for a translation somewhere.
You do write in a peculiar hue of Parmaquesta...
