More experimenting, friends! I have to start from somewhere… I guessed Quenya is much more fit for quantitative verse, but it's nice to have both!

Q. Fírima ilya Adan, coia ananta lië.

[Each Man is mortal — and yet the people live on.]

coya- 'live, be alive' (cf. S. cuia- < KOY)

S. Fíreb abonnen Adan, dartha i•'waith in•Edain.

[Mortal is Man second-born, but the Humanity endures.]

Both accentual, both quantitative, both render the same idea.

But I think Q. coya- should be coia-, as with Q. oia from primitive *oya (OY).

+Paul Strack Thanks for guiding me in Quenya, still new for me! Had some tweaking to retain the quantitativity, but fixed it.
