Does anyone ever heard of this composer? I've heard some of his "Eldarinwë Líri" and it's pretty much how I envision Elvish music to be like. He has other Tolkien-related compositions, too.

Yes, I met him at the Return of the Ring event in Loughborough last summer. I also found his music very much in tune with the Legendarium. At the ROTR he gave a talk about how Tolkien inspired him and he presented some of his music, such as the symphonic poem 'Quendi': http://youtu.be/T75cZKkjvt4
