For the sense “possible” = “might exist”, I think it would work. But I think
cárima
“able to be done” would work in many cases as well. For example:
carpie vinya Eldarin cárima ná
“speaking Neo-Eldarin is possible”

I actually really like the version where A-stem verbs employ the ending -lima, I think it yields very clear and melodic results.
